Digger Expeditions Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play Dig Three for personal, non-commercial use on your mobile device.

In-App Purchases

Dig Three may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the game
Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game systems
Use the game for any unlawful purpose
